Reply to Xu Xiangqian and Others

(1) It is agreed that after a period of time you may go to a suitable place by the seaside for a fairly long period of recuperation.
(2) It is agreed that you be relieved of your work in the Eighteenth Army Corps and be assigned to other work after your recovery from illness.
(3) It is agreed that Zhou Shidi be appointed commander and concurrently political commissar of the Eighteenth Army Corps, and Wang Xinting be appointed deputy commander and concurrently deputy political commissar of the Eighteenth Army Corps.
