Your telegrams of the 8th and of 1500 hours on the 14th have been received. (1) We agree to your plan for the thorough disposition of Fu Zuoyi’s troops. (2) For the purpose of taking over the 92nd Army, the 16th Army, and the 89th Division of the 13th Army, the two North China Army Corps may postpone carrying out the task of attacking Taiyuan until the end of this month or the beginning of next month.
