Su, Chen, Zhang, and inform Deng, Zhang:
(1) Agree to Huaye dispatching one army corps to station in the Bengbu area, with the remaining army corps separately stationed at appropriate locations north and south of the Longhai Railway, based on the principle of facilitating grain supply. (2) The rest and reorganization period for Huaye and Zhongye is now set at two and a half months, from the 15th of the first lunar month to the end of the second lunar month, with each half-month as one phase, totaling five phases. Rest and reorganization shall be carried out according to this deployment, and all preparatory work for the river-crossing operation shall be completed, awaiting orders to move.
