Agree to Transfer the Two Yang Army Groups to Participate in the Ping-Jin Campaign [1]

Lin, and to be passed to Yang, Luo, Geng, and Yang, Li [2]:
Since the enemy in Ping, Jin, and Tang [3] all have the possibility of breaking out and fleeing, we agree to Lin’s proposal that the entirety of Yang-Li and the main force of Yang-Luo-Geng be transferred to Ping and Jin to participate in the campaign. Please have Lin immediately issue orders to stipulate their actions.

Yang, Li refers to Yang Chengwu and Li Tianhuan, who were at the time Commander and Deputy Political Commissar and concurrently Director of the Political Department, respectively, of the Third Army Group of the North China Military Region.
