To the North China Bureau, the East China Bureau, and Others[1]

It is hereby decided that the area south of the Yellow River and east of the Grand Canal, namely the counties of Yanzhou, Jining, Wenshang, Ningyang, Dong’e, Pingyin, Dongping, and Feicheng, shall be placed under the jurisdiction of the East China Bureau and the East China Military Region.
