Do Not Publish a Selected Works of Mao Zedong Either at Home or Abroad for the Time Being[1]

Whether at home or abroad, do not publish a selected works for the time being. Reconsider the matter after half a year, following review.

[1] This is a comment written by Mao Zedong on a telegram from the Propaganda Department of the Northeast Bureau of the CPC Central Committee to the Central Propaganda Department, requesting instructions on whether to permit the Soviet Foreign Languages Publishing House to print a selected works of Mao Zedong as it was preparing to do so.
