Letter to Wang Guanlan1
(March 31, 1948)
Comrade [Wang] Guanlan:
I have received your letter. I am very pleased to hear that your health has
greatly improved. It is permissible for you to go to the Soviet Union for medical
treatment, and in the fall, you can go to the Wutai area. If the Ping-Sui [BeipingBaotou] railway has been opened up for convenient travel by then, you can go
there after making arrangements at that end. This is my reply to your letter.
My best wishes for your health!
