**CPC Spokesman Sternly Denounces the Dirty Deal Between Chiang and the U.S.

(New China News Agency, Northern Shaanxi, December 2) – A spokesman for the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China stated: Recently, another dirty deal has been secretly concluded between the Chiang Kai-shek bandit gang and the U.S. imperialists. The Chiang bandits have agreed to the demands of the U.S. imperialists to use China’s customs as collateral for borrowing money from the United States. Since the blood-soaked butcher Wedemeyer came to China on an inspection tour, the U.S. imperialists have, through the Chiang Kai-shek bandit gang, seized numerous aspects of China’s national sovereignty. During Wedemeyer’s stay in China, the Chiang Kai-shek bandit gang sold to the U.S. imperialists eight military bases, one naval base, three air bases, three base networks, and the right to invest 350 million U.S. dollars in Guangdong and Guangxi.
