To All Field Armies and All Central Bureaus[1]

According to a telegram from Chen, Su, and Tan dated the 23rd: Our army in the Laiwu area, after three days of fierce battle, completely annihilated the entire 73rd Army and the entire 46th Army under the command of Li Xianzhou, as well as one division of the 12th Army, totaling approximately 50,000 men. Li Xianzhou and two army commanders were all captured. Details to be reported later, and so forth.
