In the Enemy-Occupied Areas Such as Central Jiangsu, We Must Persist in Guerrilla Warfare[1]

(December 25, 1946)

Chen and Su, Zhang and Deng:

In the county seats and key towns in central Jiangsu, northern Jiangsu, and eastern Anhui occupied by the enemy, our Party must persist in guerrilla warfare. The Third, Fourth, and Seventh Sub-districts must each dispatch troops and cadres to resume work. As long as each sub-district and each county can persist in guerrilla warfare, there will be hope of recovering the county seats.
