To the Commanders and Political Commissars of All Military Regions

(May 26, 1946)

It is hoped that, in accordance with the Central Committee’s May Fourth Directive on the land question, a general order will be issued throughout the army to coordinate with local Party and government authorities in helping the peasant masses resolve the land question. This general order should be announced in the companies, and its importance should be explained.
