The article "Refuting Chiang Kai-shek" should, in addition to being published in our areas, be quickly printed as a pamphlet and widely distributed in Shanghai, Nanjing, Hong Kong, Guangdong, Wuhan, Beiping, Tianjin, Qingdao, Jinan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, and the major cities of the Northeast. Where open distribution is not possible, distribute it secretly. The more copies, the better.
