Please sort out the most useful items from Gao Shuxun’s place and from the captured documents, and publish them using the Xinhua News Agency’s plain code. Chiang Kai-shek has issued a bandit-suppression handbook, with several dozen copies per division; pay attention to tracking them down and making them public. This is of the utmost importance.
