Telegram to Zheng Weisan, Li Xiannian, and the Henan Area Party Committee

After the establishment of the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Central Bureau, the Henan Area Party Committee shall be under the leadership of the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Central Bureau.

[1] On August 12, 1945, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China decided to establish the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Central Bureau (renamed the Central Plains Bureau on October 30), with Zheng Weisan as acting secretary.
