Letter to Li Fuchun[1]

(March 29, 1945)

Fifty copies of the revised version of the political report for the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China have been printed today. Keep one copy for me, and the other forty-nine copies will be delivered to you by Qin Bangxian. Today, distribute one copy to each participant of the Seventh Plenary Session of the Central Committee, instructing them to read it upon receipt. Attach a blank sheet of paper and ask them to write additional comments, which should be brought and submitted at the meeting on the 31st. Distribute one copy each to Chen Shaoyu, Okano Susumu, and Wang Jiaxiang.
