Speech at a Meeting in Welcome of the 717th Regiment[1]

This time in the Three Borders you have accomplished an important task. When you arrived there, the diehards dared not come. Without fighting a battle, you won a great victory. The Border Region is a good place, but the diehards do not like it. That is why you were transferred back from the front—to fight when there is fighting to be done, and to engage in production and study when there is not.
