“Since you have already encountered it, accept it calmly. Do not feel any urgency yourself; allow your body to gradually build up its resistance and fight the illness until, in the end, you emerge victorious. This is the approach to chronic diseases. As for acute illnesses, one can only leave them in the hands of the doctor for treatment. There is no point in being anxious, for haste will not help.
