Speech at the Meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China[1]

It is proposed to organize a committee for drafting plans, with Li Fuchun in charge and Peng Zhen as advisor, to be given three days to draft the 1942 fiscal and economic plan for the Border Region and submit it to the Political Bureau for approval. Implement semi-unified collection and allocation, with the main items under unified collection being six categories: grain, fodder, bedding and clothing, salt, medicinal materials, and paper, to be implemented starting from January 1942. In 1942, mobilize the transport of 120,000 loads of public salt.
