The policy of actively supporting the Democratic League is very correct. Hong Kong is very important, but for the time being we cannot send a high-ranking official there. Let Liao and Pan continue to maintain the situation, and we shall discuss it further after the Seventh Congress. The delegates to the Seventh Congress will remain here for as long as a year or as short as half a year, waiting specifically for your return to convene the congress. In our opinion, we must wait for you. Do you see any possibility of returning to Yan'an within this year?
