Speech at a Meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China[1]

(August 18, 1941)

The Roosevelt-Churchill Declaration proves that the United States is determined to participate in the war against aggression, which is beneficial to Britain, the United States, the Soviet Union, China, and others. This declaration leaves no room for peace with Germany, but leaves room for compromise with Japan.
