Bulletin on the Situation of Negotiations with Chiang Kai-shek to Ye Ting and Others[1]

Received a report from Enlai stating: "Chiang issued two telegrams on the 12th and 13th ordering Gu Zhutong to lift the siege and agreeing to allow passage to southern Jiangsu," and so forth. This is hereby conveyed. Hope you can hold on for another two or three days, and then there will be a way.
