Have you received the January 18 statement by the spokesperson of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the January 20 order and statement of the Central Military Commission, the January 23 circular telegram on the assumption of office by the commanders of the New Fourth Army, and the January 24 circular telegram of the New Fourth Army denouncing the pro-Japanese clique? Hope they will be widely disseminated. And point out: The propaganda activities in your area should be based on these documents, and it is hoped that these documents will be sent to Liu Xiao[2] and the Communist Parties of Britain and the United States.
