Ye Ting and a portion of the working personnel must cross north of the river to command the large northern river troops. You and the Southern Anhui forces should either move entirely to southern Jiangsu and then cross north of the river, or remain entirely in southern Anhui and prepare to break through southward when the Kuomintang attacks; you must choose one of these two options.
