Please relay to Xu Fanting the telegram which states: It has been decided to continue to guarantee the monthly river-crossing grain supply of six hundred dan[2]. Respectfully request that this be noted.

[1] This is the main content of Mao Zedong's telegram to Gao Shuangcheng, commander of the Kuomintang 22nd Army stationed in Yulin.
[2] Previously, Gao Shuangcheng had sent a telegram to Xu Fanting requesting the lifting of the grain embargo.
