Directive on Firmly Refusing the Kuomintang’s Dispatch of Gao Guizi’s Troops to the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region[1]

The twenty-three counties of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and the area garrisoned by the Eighth Route Army were demarcated by Chiang Kai-shek. Absolutely no troops are permitted to enter under any pretext to carry out schemes aimed at undermining the Border Region.
