You have come to the Anti-Japanese Military and Political University to study, and your training is divided into three stages, each consisting of a distinct lesson. The first lesson is the eight-hundred-li journey from Xi’an to Yan’an. The second lesson involves living in cave dwellings on campus, eating millet, and participating in drills and classes. Now that the second lesson has been completed, the most important one remains: the third lesson, which is to learn through struggle.
