Transmitted through the Daily Worker of New York.

Chairman Foster of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the United
States, Secretary-General Browder, and the representatives of the Tenth National
Congress:

On behalf of the Central Committee and all members of the Chinese Communist
Party, we would like to express our respect to the vanguard of the American working class, the vanguard which works hard to defend the peace, progress, and democracy of the United States, and our appreciation to your Party and the American
people for the assistance and sympathy you have given to the Chinese war of
national liberation.

Support the close solidarity between the fraternal Chinese and American Parties, and between the peoples of the two countries! Down with the Japanese invaders! Long live the Communist Party of the United States! Long live an independent,
free, and happy new China!
