Telegram to the Eighth Route Army Headquarters and Others[1]

The political work of the Eighth Route Army's front and rear forces and the various guerrilla zone units in the south shall all be under the unified leadership of the Political Department of the Military Commission. For the purpose of unifying the external designation, the Political Department of the Military Commission shall appear under the name of the Political Department of the Eighth Route Army.
