Agree to send Wen Bin and others to Lanzhou to serve as liaisons. Request Gu Zhutong to introduce Wen Bin to Qinghai, secure the release of cadres from the Fourth Front Red Army, and devise ways to take in personnel who have been scattered among the civilian population. Ask Comrade Xu Xiangqian to ascertain the address where Comrade Chen Changhao remains in hiding, and secretly arrange to bring him back.
