Zhou and Bo:
(A) We basically agree with the military plan you have decided upon.
(B) The 15th Army Corps shall, as its first step, assemble in the area southwest of Xi’an and await orders, preparing to move out either via Dongjiangkou or Shangxian.
(C) The main force of the field army shall concentrate in the Xunyi and Chunhua areas and await orders.
(D) Zhou, please pay attention to replenishing ammunition for the 2nd and 4th Front Armies, and issue funds of 15,000 to 20,000 yuan to the 15th Army Corps.
