The Western Route Army has abandoned Yongchang and Shandan and is advancing toward the two prefectures of Ganzhou and Suzhou, but the Two Ma[2] are pursuing very closely. Please consult with Yang Hucheng to telegraph Ma Bufang to cease the westward attacks, and the Red Army will also not advance toward Liangzhou.
