To Zhu De and Others[1]

(November 14, 1936)

According to a telegram from Peng, the enemy Hu continues to attack Yuwang, and we cannot advance south without destroying a part of him. It seems there is an opportunity to strike the enemy Hu, and it would be appropriate to concentrate the 1st, 4th, 15th, and 31st Armies to fight a battle within a few days before advancing south.

As to how exactly to proceed, it is entirely up to Peng to decide based on the actual situation at the front.
