1. The current policy is to strike Hu’s enemy forces first and then attack Ningxia; otherwise, attacking Ningxia will be impossible. 2. After a brief discussion with Zhu and Zhang, proceed immediately to the Second Front Army to boost its morale, then return to Zhu and Zhang’s location. 3. The attitude toward Zhang is incorrect; neither too soft nor too hard. Deal with him in good faith and avoid rigidity.
