After emerging northward from the marshlands, the Second and Fourth Front Red Armies should swiftly attack and capture Minzhou. This will be highly advantageous for striking the forces of Ma Bufang, Mao Bingwen, Wang Jun, and others, and will "secure a major strategic superiority."

Due to a lack of revolutionary resolve and internal instability, internal changes have occurred in Guangdong and Guangxi; however, the fundamental situation of the rising revolutionary tide nationwide remains unchanged. As for the Northeast, there has been "progress" on the united front front.
