Lin, Nie; Xu, Cheng; Song, Cai; Song, Yan:

A. In order to facilitate training, all army corps shall move out at 16:00 hours tomorrow (the 7th) to the following locations: 1. The First Army Corps of the Red Army shall move to the area west of Yanshui County encompassing Wenanmatong, Majiawan, Majiaping, Gaojiaping, Gaojiagou, Suojiagou, and Shijiahe. 2. The Fifteenth Army Corps of the Red Army shall move to the line between Yanshui County and Yongping encompassing Baijiaping, Hejiaping, Suochuan, and Tianjiachuan. 3. The Thirtieth Army shall move to the vicinity of Jiaokou Town between Yanchang County and Yanshui County. 4. The Twenty-Eighth Army shall remain in place near Yanshui County. 5. Units directly under the Front Army shall prepare to move on the 8th to the area encompassing Daxiangsi, Zhangjiacun, Zhoujiazhuang, and Penkou. B. All army corps shall collect as much grain as possible from their current encampments and transport it to the new peripheral areas. This is essential.
