Lin, Nie, Zhang, Chen, Yang:

1. The First Division has occupied the east bank of Qingshui Pass. Zhicheng and others have already crossed to the east of the river. 2. The wounded and all personnel of the Red First Army Corps are to immediately begin crossing to the west. 3. Feng Wenbin and others will not reach Qingshui Pass to cross to the west until the 23rd. The First Division is to stand by in the area of the east bank of Qingshui Pass and prepare for action on the 23rd. 4. All personnel, units, and organs crossing to the east, as well as equipment and documents, are to be led by Yang Zhicheng and Song Yuhe (Deputy Director of the Fourth Bureau of the Military Commission) to move with the First Division.
