To Xu Haidong, Cheng Zihua, and Others[1]

(March 29, 1936)

The Fifteenth Army Corps of the Red Army should immediately approach the county seat of Xingxian, swiftly coordinate with the Twenty-eighth Army of the Red Army to disrupt the blockade line along the Heiyukou-Luoyukou section, and at the same time use a portion of its forces to hold off the enemy to the east. It should then seek an opportunity to coordinate with the Twenty-eighth Army of the Red Army to wipe out a part of the enemy forces. Only thus can we stop the enemy from pursuing us and develop our own work.
