To Xiao Jinguang and Zhu Lizhi[1]

(March 10, 1936)

Wang Yizhe has sent troops to Ganquan for a defense rotation, to which we have already agreed. Regardless of whether Wang Yizhe’s intentions are good, you shall carry out the previous telegram and must not launch attacks against Wang’s forces. Even if Wang reinforces Ganquan with one additional regiment, it will not pose any major hindrance to us.
