Deployment for Wiping Out the Enemy at Guanshang[1]

Lin and Nie, Xu and Cheng:

A. The enemy north of Guanshang has advanced to Tuhuxu, and the enemy at Chuankou has advanced to Shangxia Licun.
B. Order the entire Fifteenth Army Corps of the Red Army to concentrate at Shuitou today and await orders. Dispatch small units to conduct guerrilla operations toward Shangxia Licun.
C. Order the First and Fourth Divisions of the First Army Corps of the Red Army to concentrate today in an area east of Guanshang, twenty or thirty li from Guanshang. The main force of the Second Division shall concentrate near Guanshang, with a portion blocking the enemy near Wannianbao.
D. Both army corps shall prepare to converge and wipe out this enemy on the 6th or the 9th. The Fifteenth Army Corps of the Red Army shall not advance toward Shangxia Licun.
