Extensively and deeply launch the land investigation movement, and clearly distinguish class battle lines; mobilize the masses to carry out class struggle well, and purify the cadre ranks; do a good job in expanding the Red Army; vigorously develop agricultural production, and ensure the livelihood of the masses; do a good job in economic construction, and break the enemy’s blockade; strengthen local armed forces, defend the Soviet regime, and oppose Chiang Kai-shek’s fifth “encirclement and suppression” campaign.
