The large-scale revolutionary war is advancing victoriously. The organization and improvement of hospitals and military depots are extremely closely linked to the revolutionary war. The People’s Committee hereby resolves:

1. In the localities where each hospital is situated, male members of the Young Pioneers shall undertake the work of nursing attendants, and female members shall undertake laundry work for the hospitals. The Young Pioneer headquarters near each hospital shall be prepared at all times to dispatch members to work in the hospitals.

2. Young Pioneer headquarters located at a greater distance from the hospitals shall also be prepared at all times to dispatch members to undertake nursing and laundry work in the various hospitals.

3. The cooks required by the various hospitals shall be supplied under the responsibility of the local Red Guards.

4. Transport and stretcher work at each military depot shall be undertaken entirely by the Red Guards along the depot lines, who shall perform the transport duties in rotation.

5. Red Guards and Young Pioneers undertaking hospital and military depot work shall have their other various duties appropriately reduced or exempted by their respective higher-level organs.

The above items are to be carried out in compliance by all concerned without error. So ordered!
