The great revolutionary war is advancing victoriously. The organization and improvement of hospital and supply-station work are closely linked to the revolutionary war. Therefore, the People’s Committee has specially decided as follows:

1. In every locality where a hospital is situated, the male members of the Young Pioneers shall serve as orderlies, while the female members shall be responsible for laundry duties at the hospital. The Young Pioneer branches attached to each hospital should keep their members ready to be dispatched at any time to assist in hospital work.

2. All Young Pioneer branches located far from hospitals should likewise be prepared to dispatch their members at any moment to various hospitals to perform orderly and laundry tasks.

3. The firemen required by all hospitals shall be supplied through the local Red Guard units.

4. The transportation and provisioning at each supply station shall be the sole responsibility of the Red Guard units along the supply-route, which will take turns in carrying out these duties.

5. Red Guard Young Pioneer units assigned to hospital and supply-station work shall, at the discretion of their respective higher authorities, have other duties reduced or waived altogether.

All of the above provisions are to be strictly observed without fail.
