1. The enemy's situation is as before.
2. Following orders from the Front Army, the army group is to set out from
here tomorrow (the 25th) and advance in two separate groups to arrive at the
Jingqian and Xijingqiao line, to arrive at the Zhoujiaping and Guanyin'ge line on
the 26th, and arrive at Guanzhuang on the 27th and concentrate its forces there.
3. The Fourth Army is to advance along the right route. It should set out from
here around 4:00 A.M. tomorrow and arrive in the vicinity of Xijingqiao by way
of Gaoping, Shentong, Hujiatan, Liujiaao, Lingjiachong, and Dafoling. On the
26th it should choose its own route and proceed to Guanyin'ge, arriving at
Guanzhuang and concentrating its forces there on the 27th.
4. The rest should advance along the left route in the following order:
a. The Twelfth Army (responsible for dispatching a vanguard) should complete its departure from here by 3:30 tomorrow morning (the 25th), and go
via Shiwan and Tingziling to the vicinity of Jingping and encamp there.
b. General Headquarters, the espionage team of General Headquarters, the
Workers' and Peasants' Revolutionary Committee, and the baggage of
the Military Commission's espionage team, transportation team, and directly attached units should leave here at 3:30 tomorrow morning and
follow behind the Twelfth Army.
c. The Third Army (responsible for dispatching a rear guard) should set out
from its present location at 4:00 A.M. tomorrow, take a short-cut directly
to the main road, and follow behind the directly attached units.
d. The entire left route should arrive at the Zhoujiaping line by way of
Fengshupu, Dayaopu, Tuoxishi, Jin'gangtou, and Jinpenling on the 26th,
and arrive at Guanzhuang by way of Xikeng, Zhuangshuichong,
Shuangjiangkou, Yanshanchong, and Zhujiawan on the 27th and concentrate its forces there.
5. During the march our movements will follow those of General Headquarters.
