1 September 27, 1927 To General Chen of Chenzhou: Your telegram of the Geng day has been duly received. We have now moved our headquarters to southern Hunan and sworn an oath to march against the bandits. The future of the revolution truly depends on your efforts. Please continue to exert yourself; the revolutionary people throughout the country all stand as your backing. The All-China Peasants’ Association respectfully submits this message.
