Letter to the Central Bureau of the Socialist Youth League[1]

(September 27, 1924)

First, because Comrade Hesen[2] has fallen ill, Comrade Delong[3] is hereby appointed to attend in his place until his recovery. Second, the C.P.[4] Central Committee naturally has the authority to freely transfer its Party members; as to whether Comrade Zhang Bojian[5] should be reassigned to long-term work in the C.P. Central Committee, a decision will be made later and the S.Y.[6] Central Bureau will of course be notified to amend the previous resolution, but for now no formal decision has been made. Third, Comrade Zhao Shiyan[7] has arrived in Beijing to take over the running of *Political Life*, and Renjing[8] may then return to Shanghai; the previous resolution has not been altered.
