Speech at the First Editorial Meeting of the "Tongsu Bao"[1]

The "Tongsu Bao" is a weapon for educating the general masses. The writing must be simple and clear, lively, short and pithy. It must speak on the basis of facts and must not solely discuss empty, grand principles.
