**Brief Regulations of the Russian Studies Society**

Also, because recently many people have come to the society to inquire about going to Russia, requesting that a Russian language class be opened following the model of the French language class, to undertake preparations. Mr. Guo Kaidi has volunteered to run a class at the Chuanshan Academy, and a Russian person in Shanghai can be hired to come to Hunan to teach.
