Apparently written during one of the sessions of the SNK, beneath the text of the following note from Skorniakov, a member of the Collegium of the People’s Commissariat for Trade: “Vladimir Ilyich! Please ask Comrade Semashko to agree, through a commission, to ascertain the full suitability—though he himself harbors doubts in this regard—of the Repoo automobiles assigned to him for the sanitary service of Moscow.”
