TO THE YAKUT CONFERENCE OF THE POOR

Yakutsk. Presidium of the Conference of the Poor

Comrade Lenin has instructed me to convey his greetings to your conference. Comrade Lenin expresses the hope that the [liberated] masses of Yakut [poor] workers—[freed] from Tsarist oppression, [set free] from the yoke of the tyoons—will [awaken] and, with the help of Russian workers and peasants, will embark on the path of [communism], fully consolidating the power of the working people themselves.
