TO THE SOVIET AND WORKERS' ORGANIZATIONS OF RYBINSK

1) what exactly has been done for the publication of the Collection of Laws and Decrees,

2) — for codification,

3) — for obtaining a court more swift and more merciless toward the bourgeoisie and toward embezzlers of state funds, etc.,

4) — for legal propaganda among the population, among workers and the poorest peasants
(a) printed; (b) through lectures (or courses, etc.),

5) — for involving the poor in judicial proceedings (jurors) and investigative work,

6) — for utilizing the forces of Shreider and others.
